For the life of me, I can't find this. I want to swap it out with a graphic for live chat support.

It's to the right below the main area. In webmaster mode, it doesn't appear that there is a template there....

Right click on the image, view properties. See what the image name is and upload a new one.

I don't need to swap out the image, I need to replace the code there, i'm trying to ad in our chat feature. I do a search in languages for both the contact_us.jpg graphic and for the link it's calling to, neither one show up. Any idea?

for now, I've just made the image white, so it can't be seen

The contact form it's linking to is contactus.tpl but i can't find any reference to that when searching in languages either.

If you are'nt able to find the template in webmaster mode, start with customer/home.tpl which is the main template for the site. See which templates it is calling down in the lower area and go from there.
