Can anyone recommend skins (apart from 7dana) for my version, that are fancy and professional enough to simply install so we can simply touch it up after it has been installed.

Thanks for that, but I have seen those. I was hoping someone has stumbled across some templates that are more than just the standard xcart layout.

Moving to Third Party Add-Ons. If you want a unique skin that isn't a standard X-Cart layout, hire a professional to design one for you :) Lots of good ones out there who specialize in X-Cart.

Best bet I can say is find a regular website template, and hire someone who can integrate it into x-cart logically. www.templatemonster.com (no im not affiliated) is a good place.
