Extra Text in some catagories
 

I have a catagory for special offers but this should only be used when a customer orders 3 or more products. How do I include an extra bit of text above the product listing in this catagory only?

I assume it is an {if ..} statement in products.tpl which looks at he catagory number.

Any ideas?

You could add it into the modify category area in admin. The description field will be displayed above the product listings.
