Meta Tags
 

I am sure this must have been covered before but how do you edit the meta tags that are in place I have been though the language text files and nothing.... my metas currently contain the following:

<meta name="description" content="The powerful shopping cart software for web stores and e-commerce enabled webstores is based on PHP / PHP4 with SQL database (MySQL, PostGres) with highly configurable implementation base on templates.">
<meta name="keywords" content="x-cart, xcart, cart, shopping cart, php, php4, mysql, postgres, shop, e-commerce, store, web store, gift certificates, wish list, top sellers">

But how do I change this!
