Smarty error product_images.tlp
 

Hello I have read through the post and my permissions are correct and the files in question do exist any idea how to fix this?


Warning: Smarty error: unable to read template resource: "modules/Detailed_Product_Images/product_images.tpl" in /home/celestia/public_html/Smarty-2.3.0/Smarty.class.php on line 589

Is this a new install? Or has your site been up? If a new install maybe it has a bad file and you should reinstall. If not have you done anything to customize? We need more info to be able to help you out with this.

Yes this is a bran new install with the latest version of x-cart. I have not changed any of the smarty files or any file in question. Can you tell me what size your product_images.tlp and date of that file is?

I was also reading that maybe it could be a permissions thing that the user and grou has to be the webserver not just the user can you also tell me this?

try running cleanup.php in your root dir
