X-Cart forums - Re-arrange front page

I read the guide. It helped to understand things.

The file I need to edit is /customer/home.tpl

I pulled it up and tried to place the 'featured products' higher up on the page like under the categories. However, when trying to cut and paste the code, it gives me a blank page. Trying to be careful with the if commands, but can't seem to cut the right portion.
