Contact Us Form

Is it possible to create a copy of the Contact Us form to ask for details in relation to a quotation service eg No of rooms, radiators etc and then to email the request to us?. I already us the Contact Us form for just general enquiries. Anyone any ideas?

Just use a static page and use a standard PHP form from hotscripts.com or someplace like that.
