I am wokring on a site with frames

Will frames complicate xcart? It seems kind of scary at this point.

Sounds like a lot of work.

:)

but why?

the xcart pages will all be in 1 frame and all otehr frames will have flash. Its not like I want xcart pages to be in seperate frame.

This shouldn't be a problem right?

I'm only a beginner at flash and I avoid frames like the plague. I think that it will be a substantial amount of work to make sure that your x-cart content stays within the correct frame.

that is of course my inexpert opinion.

Wouldn't it be easier to incorporate your flash into the x-cart design?

Good Luck tho. Go for it!

flash and frames

ADP it's not my call but the clients'. I just don't understand why it would be a substanital amoutn of work to make sure that xcart content stays in 1 frame, I dont htink it would involve any extra work at all (maybe I'm wrong?).

Afterall a frame always opens a new page in it's own framespace unless you specify a different target frame.

I'm no expert in frames so I will leave this to the frame experts :)
