three column layout...cant remember
 

two years ago I altered a file that would show three columns of products but I can't remember which one it was. I have created a new store and would like to transfer that code. Here's what my old site looked like. Right now my new site list them verticaly

General SEttings/Appearance Options controls the number of columns, multi-column layouts are customer/main/products_t.tpl

I changed that setting where it says "Display products list in multiple columns (1-3) (leave empty to use standard format):" I put a 3 in the box and it didn't do anything.

Hiya KCAutosound,

Just making sure - is the very next option after that checked? If it is that could be the problem. You should have the following:

Display products list in multiple columns (1-3) (leave empty to use standard format): 3
Display only featured products list in multicolumn format: (no tick)

Hope this helps - I can't think of anything else that would affect the display of products.
