Adding description link to Product Options

With my lack of personal skills in javascript I would like to see if anyone here can help me out. What I want to do is when I open up the detailed description of a product (customer side of course) you see the product options. With our software products, we want to offer an enhancement plan with each sale. What I want is to have it say Enhancement Plan (more) then the options. That more button I want to be hyperlinked to open a small window to explain what the enhancement plan is and does. So would anyone know how to do this?

An example of what I mean is when a customer is entering in credit card info. When they get to the CID section, there is a link to ask What is CID? And it opens the in window to help locate this number on the card. I just want this option available for our enhancement plan.

Thanks in advance!

I think this has been discussed in other areas of the forum. I don't have any of the links available. What you could do is just create an if/else list for any of the options. But you might want to check out how other people have done it first.

Only problem is locating the topics related to my question. If someone could direct me to those thread it would be helpful.
