Checkbox on checkout
 

Hello,

I am using Fast Lane Checkout and need to add a checkbox to checkout simply asking the customer if they would like a free copy of our printed catalog shipped with their order.

There has to be a simple way to do this, correct? I've been searching and haven't found a solution in the forums so far, so I thought I'd ask.

Easiest way is to add it to the User Profile as an extra field.

Thanks balinor, but I really wanted it as a cart item, so I figured out how to do it using the special offers module. It works great now. Thanks again for your advice.
