Firetank offers, never deliver
 

Firetanksoftware offers the security check for only $1,95. I purchased that more than a week ago, since then i did not hear nothing from them. I send them several e-mails but they don't even answer.

Am i the only one? Is this a scam?

Firetank always deliver speedily and have done for every mod I have ever ordered since 2002 - NOT A SCAM - Firetank are one of the finest developers with some of the best customer service and communication in the business.

Something must have gone awry with your order - as gedsta says, give them a shout via PM or email, they will reply.

Unless they just don't like the cut of your jib :lol:

Firetank still did not deliver the software.

They offer it for $1,99 and then let you wait.

I e-maild them more than 8 times and now they come and tell me that the i already recieved the login info, while it's not.

For me no more orders at that company, they can keep they're marketing manager bull.!

I have never had a problem with Firetank Software, even the recent security scan offer was delivered fast.

Same here i've always had a great service from firetank (and continue to do so) , make sure that their email hasn't got caught in any spam filters or traps you have on your email account.

Yep. It's true. Firetank are well loved by us here at Le Verger - very professional, very courteous, always prompt in replies to emails, fantastic products and genuine people.

Can't explain why you're having problems at all...
