Center Table Background Color

On which template would I find the table cell code for the center table/cell that contains customer/main/welcome.tpl and customer/main/featured.tpl. I want to change to a dark page background color and have a white center table that contains the above tpl's. (I am assumming that this is not already defined in the css?)

Where is ski1.css HeadBox has a bgcolor setting.
