I have the HTML title changed for the customer pages, but I need to change it for the admin section as well. Where do i change this one?

Languages/text - {$lng.txt_site_title}

I don't see that folder, I found languages.tpl but it didn't have that variable. Can you break that down a little for me?

Go to 'Languages'. Select English. Select Text. Search for that variable or just browse through them.
