Featured in one column
 

Has anyone figured out how to make the featured products appear in a one-column format, while the others are in multicolumn format?

4.0.18

I usually just create a completely new template called products-featured.tpl and call that from featured.tpl. That way, the featured layout and the products layout can be completely different.

As I mentioned above, you would need to make a new template specifically for featured products and then you can hard-code it to use products.tpl.
