Quick question - Which Template?
 

Which file controls the product display? (not the main product display but the list display after clicking on a catergory)

Is it skin1/customer/main/products.tpl?

I did read that but it still isn't clear to me. I'm sure what I'm looking for in in your post but I just can't work out which part is relevant to me.

A graphical representation would be a great idea - I did see one somewhere (maybe in the x-cart manual?) but it only had a limited amount of information on there.

Sometimes it's hard to explain what you are looking for (or by the same token realise that what your seeing is what you're looking for) without knowing the in's and out's of what is, lets face it, not the simplist of software's to learn about.

So to put my theory into practice - this is what i'm looking for!

I'm working on the graphic guide...wanted to get the main text up there first.

The template you are looking for is customer/main/products.tpl

Also, FYI, if you use Webmaster Mode, it will highlight which template is which as you move your mouse over the template name.

It is skin1/customer/main/products.tpl as you mentioned in your first post.
If you use multicolom products you have to edit: skin1/customer/main/products_t.tpl
