You can't by default. Need to copy their e-mail into your e-mail software.

Is their any way to view all the cusotmer emails in plain txt formatting. If I make a search to dispay all the cusotmer emails it displays in a vertical table formatting. Is their any way to get a list of the emails visible in a plain text format so that I could just copy and past the address into the software?

You could run an SQL query on your database. I don't have the exact language as I'm not a database guy...but that would do it.

I've looked at this before too.... from one of my previous ecommerce setups(not to mention any names) the store admin could add notes to the order, click update and the customer would be sent the message to customer... this is really handy when a product is short or you want to communicate any message to the customer about their order. I know its just as easy to copy and paste their email address into a mail client and do the same.. BUT... this way the notes and communication to the customer are stored right there on the order for future reference. Maybe someday we'll get there! :)
