This mod will list the Upselling Links that you choose within X-Cart when adding/modifying a product (not the dynamically generated "related" items) in the shopping cart. This will put relevant items in front of the customer one last time before checkout. Each set of Upselling Links are associated with the respective products.

This is a perfect addition to other Upsell modifications such as EZ-Upsell and EZ-Recommends - making sure that the customer has an opportunity all the way to checkout to purchase add-ons or complementary items.

Hello

will the customer see those items which are related to his Purchased items? or i can choose any items i want he will see in the cart?

The idea is regardless what the customer buys, to give him a special price for certain items just on checkout..

if this is the case, its not a good one, since the customer can not define which products to put in the checkout..
Mod should be just another category and to be shown at the checkout only..

Then why don't you write a mod that does that instead of putting down someone else's work. :?

I should say "Not good for me" The idea is not to bash, just to find the right product.

I am trying to get the mode which will allow manual selection..
On the other hand, if there is a better reason why i should use this mod instead of Manual selection , then the owner of this mod can explains, cons and pros.

There are hundereds of mods, and confusing, so i need to find the right one.

I am sure who ever will write it, will sell lots of them, Amazon using it, also some other big companies..

it says "related" but i refer to products i choose, not related to any of other products.

Let me try to explain this:

There are two ways that X-Cart will show Related or "Upsell" type products within X-Cart. One is a randomly genrated lists of products that X-Cart just chooses on it's own. The other is "Upsell" products that you choose. These Related/Upsell products are shown by default on the product page.

This mod uses the list of products that you have chosen under the Upselling links menu selection when modifying/adding a product.

It is my fault for not using the correct wording. Sometimes I find X-Carts definition confusing and mix up the terms. X-Cart defines "related" as the random list they generate (which is not related at all). They define the list of items that you choose as Upsell Links. I mistakenly used the term "related" becuase I generally only choose items to Upsell that are related to the item.

So, here is my revised description:
