Welcome to XCart front page, Change it, HOW ?

I cannot locate the file inside XCart to change the Welcome to XCart page so that I can input my logo and the rest of the information I would like to place there. Please assist me. Thank You.

Thanks ! I did check and could not find it. I placed different search criteria in the search bar and could not find it.
