Where would the best place be to add a Live Chat button? I want to be able to track the customers from page to page keep in mind.

I would also like to ask if anyone knows what files to edit in order to add code for home page. I need to add a newsletter button also.

And last but not least.. how and where do you change the tabs.. I need to replace the graphics for them.

1. Wherever you feel it works best - people usually put it in the header or on one of the side menus.

2. Home page text is controlled by the welcome.tpl, while the layout itself is customer/home.tpl (which actually controls the whole site layout)

3. Tabs are controlled by customer/top_menu.tpl and tab.tpl

FYI, webmaster mode will help you find which template is which :)

place it in header ... that means top_menu.tpl

Thanks to you and Ryan. I simply replaced the code for SnS with my own chat software code.

Shotter .. Could you share the detail ie.. where the code is that you changed and what you replaced it with..I had SNS installed but now I am trying to install Help Center Live and kind of have the same what, where, and how questions you were faced with..
