Failed to upload detailed images
 

I try to upload detailed images on the "Detailed Image" page. I can get the popup window, and select the image file. But after I click on "Apply" buttom, the parent page change to "Add Product" page (product_modify.php), and the detailed image is not loaded.

I think there is a problem in re-directing the page, or some variables are wrong. Where (which files) should I look into to find the file saving and re-direct thing?

i have this exact same problem.
i tried replaceing all the admin & provider files from a fresh xcart dist. but no luck in fixing it.

After uploading you still need to click update

after clicking submit on the image upload page, it brings you to a completly new page

well, on both my versions, after you click on browse, you get a popup where you select your image then you click on corresponding apply. That will close the popup and refresh the detailed images page. You then scroll down all the way and click on upload.

This seems to work for me the way that Lionel just described it.

The only issue I have is that I am unable to upload images with Firefox. The popup seems to be too small, it's either just not wide enough to display the submit button, and/or it's just not there for some reason.

Yeah, I had the same issue with firefox and other non related scripts. I simply increased the height of the popup

So you got it to work then? I was also wondering if Active-X was being used or anything, but clearly not if you got it working. Normally I can just drag out a popup and make it bigger... unless of course that is coded to not allow that I guess. Seems I have had a few sites with popups lately that were not resizeable, so I wonder if it's a setting on my browser I can adjust.

Could you tell me where I might edit the code to make that image upload popup larger, if that's how you did it? Thanks!

You can adjust it in function popup_images located at skin1/main/popup_files_js.tpl.
