Deleted Your Shopping Cart txt

The text that reads: The items below are currently in your shopping cart. To remove any item click "Delete item". To checkout, please click "Checkout"

Can someone tell me what to call the txt_etc.... so I can recreate it? I accidentally deleted it!! :cry:
