How to edit order notification e-mails?
 

Hello everyone,
If anyone has time can someone explain how to edit the order notification e-mail that the user and I are sent after they place an order? Here are the two things I need edited:

1. The original red image that says 'Company Name' with a little logo on the left

2. At the very top of the e-mail, it will say: "You have received this notification from Muscle-Mustangs.com because you are a registered user or you or some other registered user requested some information for you from our store." Where it says Muscle-Mustangs.com, it is linking to my /shop direcotory. I need it to be linked to the root directory.

For the Company Logo goto Edit Templates here you will see the directory images, in the images folder you will see the file companyname_small.gif
Resize your companylogo and name it companyname_small.gif.
Use the Upload file to the current directory at the bottom of the page to replace the default image.

2. Not sure on this one it maybe in signature.tpl in edit templates/mail/html/signature.tpl
Maybe someone else can assist with this answer.

Hi, Im over the moon because I have just found the answer to your 2nd question.

Go to "Languages"

Select "English"

Select "E-Mail" as your topic and click go.

Look down the list until you find-

eml_mail_header_part1

&

eml_mail_header_part2

Then you can either edit or delete as required.
