X-Cart forums - Problem getting the subcategories image to display

I have 3 subcategories and have been trying to change the images that display for them but they dont want to chage or add images.

I tried uploading them through browsing onto my desktop and also uploading them into the 'file' system as the location was already present but that didnt work either.

I attached my code, am i uploading the images wrong or how should I go about in doing this?
