product quantity help

Some products have the dropdown of product quantity. Some do not. can you please give me a hint - where is that setting. I want all products to have the quantity dropdown box
please suggest

All products should have that by default unless you have available quantity set to zero on that product.

yes but all products have the same number of available quantity and they're 1000. I just created store
