How do I change the Site's Color Theme?

I have my XCart site up and running, now the question is; How do I go back and change the "Theme" of the site so it's consistent throughout?

Hi Nick...all of the site's colors are controlled by the main stylesheet - skin1.css. You can edit this via your 'Edit Templates' link in your admin menu.
