How to change header?
 

Hi everyone,
I am very new to this - I almost wish I didn't purchase this software - they didn't state how complicated it is.
And since they aren't giving me a refund (though it states 30 day money back guarantee), I am hoping to get some help on these forums.

My first question (there will be several more) - how do I change the header to not be xcart?

How to change header
 

Hi...

I did check the forum rules. I do not know what version I have or else it would be there.

I have also checked the help faqs and wasn't able to figure out the answer to my question.
I have also posted on my help page to the company and I have not received a response all day.
I was looking to see if someone on this board would be able to give me some insight.

If you can tell me where to find my version I will include that in the signature.

You can find your version by going to the 'Summary' page in your admin menu.

What I meant by searching the forum is use the 'Search' button up top. Search for 'replace and logo' and you will find hundreds of posts that discuss replacing the logo in your header.

The manual is also very helpful as is 'Webmaster Mode' (covered in the manual).

The reason you have not received a response on the help page is because it is already Saturday in Russia.
