Price display issue with product option price modifier
I've got a product I've added with a price of $269.99. I then added several product options. All but one adds to the price. This one product, if purchased with a set option is actually cheaper (- $7.00). All of this works great in the product detail page for this product, but when viewed from the product listing in the category, it shows the price of $262.99. This is misleading because that price is only correct if ordered with that option.
Even though the store isnБ─≥t taking orders yet, I can post a link if it will help. |

I did have it set in my signature, but attaching signature was not set to "yes" as default. Thanks for the heads up, the signature issue has been resolved now.

Thanks. Unfortunately, that is the way products with variants display by default. You can try changing the POS values, and X-Cart will display the lowest POS valued variant in the products list. You may also consider this 'fix':

Could you please tell me the page(s) I would need to update so the price on the 'categories' page looks for the price field on the 'product details' page and not the lowest variant amount from the 'product options' page. Thank you... -Dyson |
