406 upon editing customer/home.tpl&home_main.tpl (SOLVED
 

Hi everybody,

I encountered a problem with an otherwise troublefree Gold install that I never saw before.

When editing templates through 'edit templates' in the admin mode, all .tpl's are editable without problem except customer/home.tpl and customer/home_main tpl. These two trigger a 406 not acceptable error, augmented by the comment:'An appropriate representation of the requested resource /xcartgold/admin/file_edit.php could not be found on this server'.

Anyone ever encountered this one or a similar error, I am currently a bit at loss at what to do to solve it.

(EDIT: Solved, was a hidden security setting of the server)

I haven't seen that one either....probably a good idea to open a ticket with X-Cart on this one if you don't get any other responses from the forum...
