can we change format of e-mail ??
 

hello everyone,

i am getting two e-mail messeges

1) when user register in x_cart

and

2)at the invoice display.(after pucrchase and successful payment)


Now i want to change content of this mail - i wnat to format the e-mail my way.

Can i edit body of this mail ??
where to change it?

All the e-mail templates are in skin1/mail/html. They are very clearly shown in the manual as to which one is which. Moving to template editing.

You can do whatever you want with the e-mail templates, but you need to edit them, I cannot do that for you :) As I mentioned, the manual (found here: http://www.x-cart.com/manuals.html) covers which e-mail templates are which very well.

If you are unable to achieve what you want on your own, I would suggest getting a quote from X-Cart to do it for you, or post in the Pro Services - Requests forum.
