New to the forum and hte sofware. Can anyone tell me where the text thats displayed in the demo is held?

Hi there... welcome ;)

Most of the text can be changed in the admin side of the store.
Login to admin and go to Languages.

Select the language you want to change from the dropdown then down below select Text from the dropdown.
In the box nex to it type welcome to search for the welcome variable
Change it to whatever you want and save it.
