how do i make my header one solid picture?
 

I want to make my header{head.tpl} one picture but when I do it pushes the home ,cart and contact buttons over to the side. is there a way to make it one picture and keep the buttons where they are supposed to be? And also the picture is a link for some reason.. how do disable that?

You need to edit head.tpl. You can use CSS to set your image as a background image for that table.
