Editing The Email/Order Send to Provider
 

When an order is placed, an email of that order is sent to the Provider. Is that correct?

How do I edit that email to ask the Provider/Shipper to send Admin/Me the accurate Shipping Quote and Tax amounts to send along with the payment.

The reason that I need this information is because I am running X-Cart Pro which calculates Shipping from one address, which is the Admin address. My store will drop ship most products.

I will have the Qualiteam to create a drop shipping module for me later. The quote knocked my sock off. ($1100 - $1300) Is that normal for a drop shipping project?

All the e-mail template are in mail/html/. YOu can edit existing language variables or add new ones, or even add text right to the template.

Are the templated located in "mail/html/" under languages in the Admin area or in the X-Cart folder in the FTP?

templates are via ftp or edit template sin your admin area

so skin1/mail/ & skin1/mail/html

language variable are via languages area or changed by using webmaster mode. not so easy with emails though
