Css for cart
 

Does anyone know how I can change the shopping cart border and MenuBox with out changing my other menus? Do I need to make another Css class instead of .VertMenuItems and go through and change the cart templets class would that work?

all of the menus use the same class, so you would need to createa new menu template for Categories, create a new css class and call it from the new menu template. Then open up categories.tpl and call the new menu.
