I don't receive order notification or contact form emails
When I first set up my X-cart (few weeks ago); I received "Product #xxx quantity decreased", "Order #xx notification" mails when I customer ordered, received mail when customer filled out contact form.
I don't know what I did wrong, I don't receive anymore mails. I checked all the "Email notifications options" in General setting, check my company's email address, tested my mail server, OutLook etc.. everything works fine or correctly set. Please help me to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you so much |
Check with your host to make sure they have not changed any of your server e-mail settings.

I had read the forum, so I checked with hosting company before I submit my 1st post. At this point I still could not figure it out. However, if everyone said the same (specially Balinor is the pro. here). I will call my hosting company again. Thank you for your help. I will post the reply when I found the problem to help other new users like me.

did you switch of the stock level tracking in general settings ?

Shan, are you talking about "Disable inventory tracking:"? this is enable (uncheck), or "Enable tracking statistics:" this is enable (check).
