the id# number is showing next to each product name

please can you help me, the product id of each item is getting displayed next to the product name when i click on any product details.
Example:
BLAK TWANG #16354

how to remove the product id so that it doesn't show. any1 can help please would appreciate a lot.

another question, do u know how i can remove the SKU number from showing on all products

Ex:

Satin Magic Stick Jacket
SKU: SKU16312

Fabric: 54% Acetate, 46% Rayon.
SATIN MAGIC STICK JACKET
Color: NAVY

How to remove the SKU so that it doesn't display for any product.
