how to make mandatory fields?
 

Hello sir,

i want to set username,password and confirm password as a mandatory fields while check out time.
https://10.10.1.101/xcart/cart.php?mode=checkout

can i set them mandatory while i am at checkout mode ?
and how to put *as red again mandatory fields ?

Please let me know ASAP.

There is a setting in General Settings called 'moderated sign-up for membership'. Check it.

hello sir,

your sujjetion is not working.

i dont want to dispaly user name as "anonymous2" and for that i want to make mandatory following fields on checkout time.

USER NAME
PASSWORD
CONFIRM PASSWORD.

make sure that i am talking about while we purchasing product without login.
and at checkout time it x-cart not shows the these fileld as mandatory.


How can i set it mandatory ?
please help me ASAP.

Please don't double post, I have removed your second post on this subject.

The solution I posted does work, I just tested it out on two different carts.

If a user is not registered and goes to checkout with the checkbox checked, they will be prompted for a username and password. You also need to be sure to check the 'disable annonymous checkout' box in General Settings as well.
