Need to add birth date to register and check out page
 

I have searched this forum and have not found anything on adding a form to the register or checkout page. I need to add a birth date due to the fact they must be 18 or older to purchase from us. It need to be in the form of a pull down.I have seen it on other sites and I know how to do it in html but don't have a clue for php.
Any help would be appreciated and thanks for all the help I have received on this forum.

if you're running in the 4.0.x branch there is an option under general settings to add fields to the personal profile - might be best to do it there.

Otherwise, you could add it as an additional field to a product...but the other way would be more efficient.

How can this be done on 4.1.3? The Option on User Profiles in the Admin Backend only allows you to have one drop down.

No ideas on this at all?

The only I can think of getting round it is:

DOB (Date): [dropdown box with 1 - 31]

DOB (Month): [dropdown box with 1 - 12]

DOB (Year): [dropdown box with say 1901 to 2000]

Unless someone knows a way of changing the Code?
