Paragraph problems

Hi

I am trying to remove the two paragraphs that appear below the location. They are only there when i am viewing the products list, when i view product details they are gone.

Here is the html code from the products view.
The two paragraphs are in between the location and the main product list table.

Any help would be great :)

Check subcategories.tpl, products.tpl and products_t.tpl
