showing special things about manufacturers

I would like to insert some stuf (swf etc) in the manufacturers info.

I tried to put in the modules/Manufacturers/customer_manufacturer_products.tpl next code:

{if $manufacturer.manufacturerid ne '2'} DO THIS for instance show a swf or what {/if}

the above shows the swf at all the manufacturers except the one i want it to show.

Does anyone know how to solve this.
