Dynamic Drive Dhtml Drop Down Menu... Help Appreciated
 

So I need to code a DHTML drop down menu for a client and I almost know I can do it. However I'm not to great with setting up the code that will import the categories automatically.

1320AutoSports did a fly-out menu for his site with a dhtml menu from dynamicdrive.com

I want to do a similar thing but would rather do a drop down menu more similar to this menu at DynamicDrive.com:

I am going to be playing with it today but any help would be great.
