Stop showing subcategory products on a products page

Hi guys.

Ive set up some products to have sub cats. And they show on their categories list and on their subcat.

Which is fine if you want that.

But I don't. Is there any easy way of turning this off? I started to look at the SQL but havent had any joy yet.
