Adjusting the contact us email link on speed bar

Instead of the contact us on the speedbar going to my contact us form how do i make it just go to a normal email address

Not recommended, as you will get tons of spam. But if you really want to post an e-mail link, just click on 'Speed Bar' over in your admin menu and put this in for the Contact Us link:

mailto:sales@ptmedia.co.uk
