How to split Featured Products up under headings?
 

Here's a challenge...

On the front page i would like to split up the 'featured products' under a couple of headings, each separated by a header bar.

EG: 'New Products', 'Editors Picks', 'Special Offers', 'Last Chance' etc.

My thinking is that this would be done by 'orderby' value', so anything with an 'orderby' value of less than 99 would go under the first header, anything with value 100-199 under header 2 etc.

I've had a look at the templates involved though, and can't quite get my head around where the logic for this could sit to make it work.

Could anyone give me some pointers please?

There is a nice 'newest' module in the custom mods forum which adds newest items from a certain time period....
