How can be Bestsellers list all the time in VertMenu Section
 

I have Bestseller list(vertical)t in home but after 1 choose one item than it will be gone.

This would require backend modifications as the bestseller module goes on a per cat or catalog basis so whatever cat your in it shows the top sellers, this can be adjusted but requires work. Feel to submit for modification if you like.
