Simply remove the + operation on a product modificator
 

Hi ,

I need to remove the + sign operation in my product detail option so that I can set a default price for the product to show on the product listing but when the user selects on of the option it simply replaces it. Not add to it.

ex:

Product Price : $200 regular disaply in product listing.

--------

Product Price : $200 by default in Product details page.

Option A : $252
Option B : $280
Option C : $340

---

When user select Option B, the product price become.

Product Price : $280 (And not $280+200) like it is now.

Quite simple really but could not find it in the multiple posts on the subject floating about the board. I tried them all.

I am assuming the following files would have to be edted.

products.tpl, product.tpl products_t.tpl and customer_options.tpl

under "settings" go to "modules", then click on "productoptions". the top box should say "show actual price instead of a price modifier"... tick that box and it should solve your problem.
