X-cart Gold or X-cart Pro ?
 

Hi -

After successfully using X-Cart Gold, we are thinking of purchasing X-Cart Pro.

We need to run a store where users from a vendor site come to our store when they click the "buy online" button on the vendor site. There will be about 5 different vendors.

- Can we restrict the end-user to only view the products from the vendor site he is coming from i.e. if a user comes from vendor 1 he only sees vendor 1 products and so on.

- Can we brand or customise each vendor to have a separate template.

Basically, we are trying to run a custom shop for each vendor with us handling the purchase. The end-user needs to feel that he never left the main vendor website, hence the separate template for each front-end.

Would be grateful if someone could let us know whether this would require a separate X-cart Gold for each vendor or one single X-cart pro.

There was an "X-Mall" thread running around here somewhere based on X-Cart Pro, but I don't know what ever happened with it. Do a search for 'X-Mall" and see what you come up with....
