Neon Lights skin problem in MAC OS 9, 10 IE5.2.3
 

This problem only appears when using a Mac, OS9 or OS10, and IE5 or IE5.2.3

The horizontal menu (not the quick menu) below the head area and above the main menu, is not where is should be. It displays slightly above the bottom of the head area. It is one of those you probably have to see to understand.

It looks fine in Safari (MAC), IE6 (PC) and Firefox (PC), although there are some slight text size discrepancies between IE6 and Firefox.

Any thoughts or ideas?

I was never able to figure this out. I don' use MAC so I had no viable way to piddle with the code and test. My client switched to Firefox for Mac and is happy with that. But a little dissapointed that there is so littel support for Safari. Oh well. But thanks for asking. :)
