Text... clicking submit you

On the final checkout step, where is this text saved: Clicking submit you agree with our "Payment Options" and "Privacy statement".

I found "clicking submit you agree with our" in the languages, but I need to know what template the whole line is being pulled in. Anyone know?

Try checking /customer/main/checkout.tpl
