Which template do I edit!
 
When an order email is sent out it has the following on the bottom of it:

Phone: (555) 555-5555
Fax: (555) 555-5555
URL: http://www.x-cart.com

I can not find where to change this?

Can someone tell me what template indicates-

"Thanks for shopping at company" so I can change the company name? I have looked all over.

try the languages are - lng.eml_signature

and admin > general settings > company options - company name

The general settings are correct. I don't know where to find the lng.eml_signature. I have gone through all my template folders. Am I looking in the wrong place?

This is kinda tough. I have been going through templates and the language things.

Can you tell me where I can change this-

It used to say QUEUED or PROCESSED and my concern now is that customers may be confused getting two emails saying Q and P.

Is there a user manual that goes over where things are in the templates or language things? I am finding that clicking on a lot of these is not working out. :)
